Baldwin Artist Grand – R1 – Amethyst – 5′ 8″

SOLD! A gorgeous and unique example of the Baldwin Artist Grand line, in a special edition unique “Amethyst” finish; a dark walnut shade of wood with a purple-tinted glossy finish applied. As with all Artist Grands, the level of tonal refinement throughout the range of the instrument, and the unique color of sound exhibited through this instrument impress all who have heard it. Baldwin Artist Grand – R1 – Cherry – 5′ 8″

For those who prefer a softer and more subdued finish, this Artist Grand is finished in a very rich and long-grained satin cherry shade. This particular instrument, unique in tone from its siblings is darker and bolder than the others. The piano and bench legs are in the traditional style, with brass rollers for easy moving. Baldwin Artist Grand – R1 – Ebony – 5′ 8″

The perfect ebony instrument for a home; the 5′ 8″ size is a great compromise between the strength of a 9′ concert grand and the compact size of a 5′ 2″ baby grand. The brushed satin ebony finish is very attractive, and more resistant against blemishes than the high polish ebony instruments. This Artist Grand possesses the high standard of beautiful tone throughout the instrument. Baldwin Artist Grand – L1 – Mahogany – 6′ 3″

One of our larger Artist Grand instruments, the Model L1 is nearly identical in strength to the Model R series, but possesses longer bass strings and a larger soundboard. On top of that, it’s also seven inches longer; a great instrument for a large living room or medium sized church. Baldwin Artist Grand – L1 – Walnut – 6′ 3″

SOLD! Very similar to the L1 Mahogany, the L series is a larger version of the Model R with longer bass strings and a larger soundboard. Baldwin C – BD185 – Ebony – 6′ 1″

Our newest Baldwin grand piano to enter the showroom, also our first non-domestic Baldwin grand. The level of tonal refinement and attention to detail in this instrument is fully in line with our domestic Baldwin instruments, and any difference is entirely undetectable. This is a new line of Baldwin instruments, in addition to the domestic Artist Grand instruments, but not replacing them. This instrument is offered in a high polish gloss black finish, with traditional body and bench legs, with brass caster rollers for easy moving. An extremely unique instrument in a gorgeous exotic wood grain found only in Africa. This Artist Grand in the satin ebony finish is the ideal size to for almost any medium-sized living room or gathering space. The satin ebony finish is also more resistant to scratches and cosmetic blemishes than the high polish lacquer finishes. Wm. Knabe – WFM700 – Satin Ebony – 6′ 10″

The Wm. Knabe instruments we’ve brought in the store have impressed us greatly — extremely well-built and engineered instruments with an excellent silky tone about them, very reasonably priced. This Academy Series instrument is no exception to that; the satin ebony finish on it is one of the smoothest and beautiful we’ve noticed. Another very impressive Wm. Knabe instrument, this satin ebony Baltimore Series is the little sibling of the WFM700 listed above. Make no mistake though, it’s still a very impressive instrument. Knabe’s 170th anniversary, this instrument is the first produced in a limited run of fifty instruments; “1 of 50″ is stamped on the frame plaque. With gorgeous turned legs and an ornate scrollwork music rack, this instrument makes a strong statement of old-world charm no matter where its seen.
